How I use AI in content work — and where I still do it by hand

I use AI for outlines, variations, first drafts of routine copy, and turning a messy voice note into a brief. It is genuinely fast at all of that.

I do not use it for the opening line, the specific claim, the client's own numbers, or anything a reader would notice as hollow. Those are judgement calls and AI has no stake in being right.

The workflow that works: brief written by a human, structure by AI, draft by AI, every factual claim verified by a human, final voice pass by a human. Roughly a fifth of the time, five times the output.
