What is collected
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you selected and your message. This is stored in the website dashboard and emailed to the site owner.
- Comments: if commenting is enabled, your name, email address and comment text, along with your IP address and browser details, used for spam detection.
- Analytics: if analytics is enabled, aggregate data about pages viewed, approximate location and device type. This does not identify you by name.
- Cookies: WordPress sets cookies if you log in or leave a comment. Embedded content from other websites may set its own cookies.
Why it is collected
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up replies can be recognised automatically.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the email address on the contact page. Deletion requests are honoured except where the information must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Third-party services
This site may use hosting, email delivery, analytics and embedded media from third parties. Each of those providers handles data under its own policy. List the specific services you use here.
