Using this website
The content on this site is provided for information. It is kept accurate as far as reasonably possible, but no guarantee is made that every page is current. Text, images and case studies belong to their respective owners and may not be republished without permission.
Scope of work
Every project starts with a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is started. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer on its own.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin on receipt of an advance and the balance is due on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. State your own advance percentage, payment window and any late-payment terms here.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes an agreed number of revision rounds within the original brief. Changes that alter the brief are treated as new work and quoted separately.
Ownership
On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables passes to the client. Working files, internal templates and third-party assets licensed for the project remain subject to their own licences. Completed work may be shown in this portfolio unless you ask in writing that it not be.
Client responsibilities
Timelines assume content, approvals and access are provided when requested. Delays on those shift the delivery date accordingly.
Liability
Services are delivered with reasonable skill and care. Results from marketing activity depend on factors outside any one party’s control, so no specific outcome, ranking or revenue figure is guaranteed. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Rajasthan. Adjust this to your own location.
